Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Accounting & Finance Executive
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks, as well as good time management, and manage workload.
Team player, organizational skills, and open to constructive feedback.
Preferably familiar with Google Workspace (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Google Drive, Google Meet), Slack, and Asana.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Have a strong passion for Start-Up
Can attend in the company monthly meet-ups around Metro Manila
Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement the company’s vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
Involvement in monthly financial closing process, including ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and financial report preparations
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
Prepared consolidation working paper
To prepare the supporting documentations for monthly closing (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, etc).
To prepare all invoice calculations, ensuring that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices.
Prepare tax administration reports and to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
To process all of the company’s financial obligations to ensure that they are paid on time and to provide accurate and timely financial statements in order to control the company’s cash flow.
Process and document petty cash requests to support the company’s operational activities.
To collect, document and process vendor’s tax and compliance documentations, ensuring its accuracy in accordance with the company’s policy.
To prepare all supporting data for fixed assets, A/P, A/R, Stock, Loan in order to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Responsible for management working permit administrative purchasing for request of external training.
Helping to manage Payroll, related expenses, claims and all purchasing functions
Ensure all documents are filed accordingly & assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for preparation and statutory submissions
Plans, coordinates & resolves accounting & finance matters with other members, departments, locations & divisions.
Support the team with any other related tasks if needed.
Other duties assigned.
