Summary:
Join our thriving sports club team, where passion for the game meets excellent member service. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, energetic, collaborative team environment. You will work closely with our owner, who is extremely positive and with great energy.

Location:
We are in the USA, but this is a full-time remote position, Monday – Friday, with flexible hours—no graveyard shifts required. But you will be required to meet for 10-20 minutes between 9 am – and 11 am CST Monday – Friday for the daily review and report meeting.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently integrate credit card and vendor transactions via QuickBooks from club software
• Reconcile daily transactions from the point of sale and club management software.
• Analyze point of sales reports to prepare club utilization reports to drive club efficiency.
• Analyze member and customer spending reports to help drive club efficiency.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and drive informed business decisions.
• Design and create relevant business analytics reports to improve the clubs’ financial performance.
• Compile and file Sales Tax in a timely and compliant manner.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
• Engage in daily audit and review report meetings with the club owner in morning meeting Mon-Fri USA CST.
• Adopt and learn new technological systems as required.

Qualifications:
• Accounting, Finance, Business or similar college education is preferred.
• Expertise in QuickBooks
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in compiling and filing Sales Tax.
• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly; excellent communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable conducting video calls multiple times a week.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of timely task completion.

Benefits:
Monthly salary of $700 USD
Remote work, and you can work in your own time zone. So that you know, no overnight shift is required.

Upon completion of six (6) months of service.
You will be entitled to ten (10) days of vacation leave and seven (7) days of sick leave with pay.
13-month pay
Philippine government-mandated benefits include mandatory fees for Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and Pag-IBIG Fund.
