Job Description:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement automation strategies and streamline workflow processes. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VBA programming and advanced formulas, along with accounting and automations, will be essential to our success. This remote position demands a high level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain advanced Excel formulas and VBA programs for data analysis and reporting.
* Convert PDF statements into Excel and perform monthly accounting reconciliations.
* Prepare financial statements and manage financial data accurately.
* Collaborate with the CEO to design excel based financial calculation tools and implement automation and workflow processes using , and other API integrations.
* Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Assist in managing and overseeing sensitive, confidential, and personal projects.
* Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across various departments.
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel: Advanced knowledge of formulas, VBA programming, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
* Background in Accounting: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial data management, and experience in financial statement preparation.
* Experience with Automations: Proven ability to design and implement automation workflows within .
* Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
* Professionalism and Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of responsibility.
