Your Role
As an Accounting Assistant, you’ll be immersed in various financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting key financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, managing financial data, and liaising between finance and other departments. This role demands precision, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in our dynamic business environment.

About You
You are a dynamic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in managing financial data. You are not only meticulous in your approach but also a proactive self-starter, keen on identifying and resolving financial discrepancies independently. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments, combined with your proactive mindset and unwavering commitment to precision, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

What You’ll Do:
Daily bank reconciliations and transaction management.
Support in financial administration tasks.
Weekly supplier payments and general ledger reviews.
Monthly assistance in financial reporting and journal processing.

Skills You Need:
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Xero and other financial software. Familiar with accounting practices and principles.
Educational Background: Degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CA/CPA certification is a plus.
Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience: 2+ of experience in accounting or a related field.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail, proactive, and self-starter.
