Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who is skilled in gathering and managing financial documents from a variety of sources, including websites and email inboxes, and adept at uploading and organizing these documents in our accounting system. While a deep understanding of Swedish accounting practices is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt to these standards is essential. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve and organize financial documents from various online platforms and email inboxes.
Upload and accurately categorize financial data into our accounting system.
Assist in preparing VAT reports, stock replenishment plans, liquidity plans, and financial reports.
Learn and apply basic Swedish accounting principles to assist with some accounting tasks.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve financial processes and strategies.
Provide support for other financial planning and reporting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to manage and process a high volume of documents efficiently.
Eagerness to learn new systems and accounting practices, particularly Swedish accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Flexible Role Scope and Compensation:
Baseline Responsibilities (50% Load): At a minimum, we expect the successful candidate to efficiently handle document gathering, data entry, and basic organizational tasks within our accounting system. This would constitute a part-time role and the compensation will be aligned accordingly.
Expanded Role (Up to 100% Load): For candidates who demonstrate a higher capacity and willingness to take on more, including learning and applying Swedish accounting principles, the role can be expanded to a full-time position. This would include more in-depth accounting responsibilities, such as active involvement in VAT reports, financial planning, and possibly even direct handling of certain Swedish accounting tasks.
