Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Representative to manage accounts receivables and collections. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoicing, and ensuring timely collections from our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Contact clients with overdue payments and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
• Extensive background in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in accounts receivables and collections.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Not afraid to make collection calls and follow up with clients.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time in Seattle time.
