Background information:
We are a growing accounting firm providing services ranging from bookkeeping to CFO advisory services and everything in between. Our clients span the United States and a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, logistics, transportation, real estate, hospitality, interior design, landscaping, and diesel repair shops.
As part of our growth, we are seeking a candidate with an interest in small business who is detail oriented, organized, and capable of coming up with creative solutions to business problems.
If you join our team, you can expect lots of variety and learning. You will do traditional accounting work (like AP, AR, payroll, account reconciliations, etc.) but you will also help with things like how to price a product/service for a client, how to improve the efficiency of a business, how to structure a deal, researching services or software products, or building a financial model for a client to estimate future business growth.

Required:
– Must possess good English speaking skills
– Excellent English writing skills are required
– Experience with accounting responsibilities such as bookkeeping, payroll, etc.
– Proficiency with G-Suite products, Excel, QuickBooks
– Experience with financial modeling or projections
– Experience researching products, competitors, vendors, etc.
Preferred:
– Understanding of Google Apps Script
– Experience with Click Up
– Experience in the industries mentioned above
Responsibilities:
– Categorizing financial transactions (bookkeeping)
– Preparing account reconciliations
– Preparing budget to actual comparisons
– Organizing, coordinating, and calculating accounts payables
– Entering transactions such as purchases, payment receipts, etc. in ERP systems
