This experienced candidate will be responsible for general bookkeeping, receivables, and HR processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
** Maintain and develop efficient systems for Bookkeeping and HR
** General Bookkeeping using zoho Books
** Bank Reconciliations
** Payroll preparation
** Set up of new hires
** Tracking Contractor work trends – using Time Doctor
** Tracking and analysis of Contractor’s time away, leave credits and carry over hours for profit share
** Updating SOPs, and providing recommendations that improve the customer experience and corporate performance.
** Working with the Year-end Accounting Manager to ensure that the Profit and Loss Statements are accurate each month.

QUALIFICATIONS:
** Must be a great communicator with the virtual team
** Must be highly organized in prioritizing task management
** Exceptional work ethic, high energy, demonstrates urgency.
** Proven track record in bookkeeping services.
** Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers.
** Self-starter and proactive.

REQUIREMENTS:
** College degree
**Minimum of 5 years experience required in this field
**Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus, particularly Zoho.
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Good quality equipment – headset, computer, DUAL monitors
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
**Two monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop screen
** Non-distracting home office environment
