Accounting Senior, US remote

Remote accounting position

The position is fully remote and requires a high degree of comfort with a variety of software and applications and a desire to learn new systems as needed. The successful candidate will use various systems such as Customer Resource Management (CRM), electronic banking, electronic bill pays, and various timekeeping systems such as TimeDoctor, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.

Responsibilities:
– Consistent, ongoing & timely coding of transactions.
– COMPLETE END TO END ACCOUNTING
– Detailed Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
– Respond to client inquiries.
– Assist in month-end close procedures, including developing and maintaining work papers, and files on asset and liability account balances.
– Assist in the review for accuracy the dashboards created for our clients.
– Set up, monitor & plan the 13 week cashflow (we have a tool for you to use)
– Follow up on action items related to client service & collaborate to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients.

Qualifications:
– B.S. Accounting
– Detail and deadline-oriented self-starter.
– Fearless dedication to client service.
– Strong client communication and interface skills.
– Ability to multi-task, interface with multiple clients daily, and exercise problem-solving skills.
– Strong organizational and stress management skills.
– Mandatory – Strong Understanding of Accrual Based Accounting!!
– CPA preferred.
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting.
– Public Accounting experience preferred
– Ability to work with little to no supervision.

There is room for strong compensation for the right, dedicated and committed worker.
Minimum of 4 hours during USA Arizona time zone between 8am – 5pm, otherwise, work in your own time is fine.
