Responsible for recording and maintaining a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. The bookkeeper will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required
– At least 2-5 years of experience in the accounting field
– Must be familiar with QuickBooks (Online and Offline)
– Current familiarity with a common database and spreadsheet tools
– Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
– Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
– Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
– Can work independently and without supervision when required
– Excellent math ability
– Good organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Willing to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time. (Graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
– Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
