We are looking for an experienced Accounts/admin Executive, with excellent English comprehension, to become an integral part of our team looking after administrative aspects of our fuel card department.
This role will be a home based role in the Philippines working directly for our New Zealand based recruitment business. The role is Monday to Friday, working New Zealand business hours with some after hours work.

Your duties will include:
• Day-to-day accounts and admin activities such as data entry, correspondence with clients, answering email queries, maintaining client relationships and general administrative duties
• Manage Fuelcard and Bartercard clients, accounts and requests
• Set up fuel cards and provide solutions for any card issues
• Assist our International team with admin as needed
About you:
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent grammar and English comprehension
• Experience using and understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
