We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who is organized, a problem solver, a people person, and creative. We believe in collaboration, innovation, and creating a work environment that fosters growth and success.
Responsibilities:
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the Accounts Payable email for invoices, GL coding invoices, obtaining proper approvals for invoices, processing invoices in the ERP system, and reconciling bank accounts. Your attention to detail and timely processing will ensure the accuracy of our accounts payable.

Sage 500
Acumatica
Microsoft Excel
Desired VA Qualities:
We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Being proactive and excellent at following up on open items is essential. Previous accounts payable experience is a must.
Working Hours:
40 hours or more per week
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Hourly Rate: $5-$9/hr
Expected Outcome:
Our goal is to have consistent, timely, and accurate accounts payable processing to support our operations effectively.
Notes:
We believe in teamwork and encourage our VA to participate in weekly team meetings. In June, our founder, Tony Robbins, will be on the East Coast, where he grew up, adding to the exciting journey ahead!
