JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee, manage, and assess daily operations. Directly supervises the general accounting department and assists the Head of Financial and Accounting in ensuring timely and accurate financial report preparation and management of all aspects of the company’s accounting functions. Accounting Managers are responsible for establishing financial status through developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting data.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage financial statements
Supervises payables processing.
Review the Sales Report
Review the Bank Transactions
Reviews monthly account statements
Monitoring of the lapsing schedule.
Checks and evaluates the Payment Schedule
Conduct variance analysis
Checks and reviews clients’ ledgers
Develop and implement accounting procedures, policies, and concepts.
Assign duties and oversee employees to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Produce financial reports or statements by analyzing accounting data.
Accounts payable and payment vouchers are reviewed.
Performs additional tasks as given from time to time.
Creates and audits trial balances and financial statements.
Prepares sales and cost sales record entries
Coordination and completion of yearly audits
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel, and knowledge of accounting software and databases
Experience with or knowledge of real estate management (Required)
Accounting experience in property management
Ability to manipulate large amounts of information
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and a professional demeanor
Project Management skills a plus
