Right now, we’re on an exciting journey to expand our impact – from transforming 175,000 lives to an astounding 1,000,000! To make this dream a reality, we need an amazing Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role will support our back office and accounting team. Specifically, tracking all recurring payments, creating reports on a daily basis as well as setting up automations and reaching out to customers to collect payments due.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Previous Accounts Receivable experience for 5+ years
-Extremely friendly and outgoing personality
-Must be very organized and data driven
-Must have great communication skills via email and phone support
-Excellent at data entry
-Proficient with Google sheets & basic formulas
-Strong mathematical skills
-Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
-Superb time management and detail orientation

Responsibilities:
-Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
-Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
-Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
-Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
-Set up automations and various methods to keeping recurring subscriptions active and collected in full.
-Support other accounting and finance team members

Schedule:
8 am – 4:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
