RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Assist in the month-end process such as preparation of financial statements and budget/forecasting, posting of journals and other ad hoc reporting
Perform bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
Additional projects as assigned by Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager

Qualifications for Staff Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or similar.
Must be experienced (or have exposure) in all areas of accounting including but not limited to AR, AP, GL, and Reporting
Working knowledge of Excel
Attention to accuracy and detail required
2+ years in a similar role is preferred

Non-negotiable requirements:
Wire internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Laptop or Desktop minimum specs i5 5th Gen 8 GB Ram
Camera and noise-canceling headphones
This role requires a long-term commitment and the ability to work the graveyard shift. As we work across different time zones, clear and consistent communication is paramount. You will regularly engage with your team via video calls on Microsoft Teams, so a dedicated and focused approach to work is essential.
