This position will report directly to the Head of Accounting. No direct reports.
Opportunities for Growth:
Role Description: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing all open customer invoices, running aging reports, and maintaining our billing systems. This includes verifying the consumption of services with the technical support team and actively working to collect payments from our B2B clients. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and implementing a systematic process for collections, including template creation and follow-up procedures. This role will predominantly be independent but will require collaboration with the support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and manage all open customer invoices.
Run and analyze aging reports on a regular basis.
Coordinate with technical support to verify service consumption.
Ensure all paid invoices are accurately reflected in the billing systems.
Develop and implement a systematic collection process.
Create and use templates for invoice follow-ups.
Escalate collection issues internally when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar role.
Familiarity with Stripe, Zoho Subscriptions, WHMCS, or willingness to learn.
B2B experience is a plus.
Key Skills:
Excellent attention to detail.
