Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant at ELS Investments, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing accounting software such as Sage 100, Microsoft Office, and Outlook to manage financial data effectively.
• Invoicing: Handling the invoicing process for all clients and ensuring accuracy.
• Collections: Managing collections of outstanding invoices.
• Reconciliation: Performing project billing reconciliations.
• Closing Projects: Ensuring the proper closure of projects.
• Payment Posting: Accurately posting payments.
• Lien Releases: Handling lien releases from vendors and ELS.
• Accounting Expertise: Utilizing your accounting background to maintain financial accuracy.
• Adaptability: Being proficient in various billing software used by our clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Ensuring that all details are dealt with promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Sage 100 Accounting Software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Supply Pro and Textura software is a plus.
• Ability to handle 20 Day Preliminary notices.
• Experience with lien releases and collections.
• Strong background in accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME)
