Responsibilities:

The Finance and Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

* Managing the invoice and billing process
* Handling bank transactions and scheduling bill payments
* Overseeing the procurement process
* Financial reporting
* Managing client accounts
* Calculating and managing rates
* Administration of staff pay
* Overseeing the operator processes
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Monitoring supplier updates
* Documentation

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the Logistics and Transport industry will be advantageous
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency with various accounting, management, and process documentation tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Hours:

Our working hours are from 6 am-3 pm PHT, Monday – Friday, keeping in line with New Zealand time zones. We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with your level of experience, along with a performance-based Christmas Bonus to reward outstanding contributions to our team’s success.
