Are you a skilled Accounting & Book Keeping professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?

Stan Bond is South Australia’s largest manufacturer of a wide range of Blinds, Curtains & screen solutions, is expanding its team and is looking for an Accounts Team Assistant to join our remote hub in the Philippines. This role will be part of a remote team of over 20+ team members based in the Philippines supporting each other in providing great administrative support.

The role would work supporting our Accounts Leader based in Australia with a focus on accounts management, financial reporting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll Management.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Xero, Google Apps, and other relevant software.
Experience in accounting and book keeping work.

Responsiveness – Responding to emails, messages, or calls in a timely manner.
Task Management – Keeping track of multiple tasks and projects, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Anticipate and resolve issues independently.
Willingness to adapt and learn new tools or processes.

Attention to Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to scheduling.
Able to Double-check work to minimize errors.

Quick in learning new tools, processes, or concepts which are essential for the job.
Able to find resources to create self learning opportunities
Capable of recording learning into standard operating procedures and training materials for other team members.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Data entry and financial reporting.
Contribute to financial analysis and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with our Australian-based accounting team.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proficiency in Xero and Google Apps.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different time zones.
