We’re on the lookout for a full-time Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at . Our focus is exclusively on the buying and selling of vacant land, and we’re seeking an A-player Acquisition Manager with a robust sales background. Your primary responsibility will be converting seller leads generated through direct mail and cold texting into closed deals. From handling inbound leads, underwriting the deals, making offers, nurturing them and working closely with our appointment setters, you’ll be involved in every step of the sales process.

Qualifications we’re looking for:
– 3 years of sales experience as an acquisition manager in real estate investing (wholesaling, fix and flip, land flipping, etc..)
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– Goal-oriented and self-motivated
– Coachable and open to feedback
– Eager for professional growth (with a salary + commission structure allowing you to control your earnings)

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST. While these are our standard operating hours, you have the flexibility to work on weekends or outside these hours to achieve your goals.

Compensation:
Expected monthly earnings: $3,000/mo -> $10,000/mo+
Base salary: $2,000/mo (split into two payments on the 5th and 20th of the month)
Commissions: (paid monthly based on cash collected)
– <$50,000 in monthly gross profit = 2% commission - $50,001-$99,999 = 3% commission - $100,000-$149,999 = 4% commission - $150,000+ = 5% commission Ready to apply?
