We are looking to add a part-time (4-6 hours per day with potential to quickly get to 8 hours per
day) acquisition manager to our team over at . We value our employees greatly.
Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant
land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.
For generating sellers leads we do the following:
1) Direct Mail
2) Cold texting
3) Source On-Market Listings
In this role, you would be speaking to new seller leads, taking inbound calls from our texting efforts,
following up with old leads, screening properties using online tools, negotiating our
purchases, and talking with real estate agents.
We are looking for someone who is interested in sales, comfortable on the phone, wants to grow as an individual, and is looking for long term growth within our company.
On average, you’ll be making 15-40 calls per day, with an average daily talk time of 60-120
minutes. Outside of calling, you’ll also be expected to follow up with sellers leads through text
and email.
Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding in regard to vacant land in the
United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be motivated to learn. We also
require that you learn how to run comparables on vacant land to figure out how to price our offers. This will be taught in your training period.
Many of our sellers have very specific questions about real estate and the closing process when we
purchase the land from them. It’s our expectation that you’ll spend the first 14 days on the job
going through our trainings and preparing yourself for getting on the phones with sellers.
Soft Skills needed…
1) Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
2) Detail Orientated (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
3) Kind and empathetic.
4) Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how
much you’d like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an
incredible income)
Technical Skills needed…
1) Familiar with G Suite
2) Proficient with using County websites to source property information
3) Slack for team communication
4) Google earth for reviewing properties
5) Redfin, Zillow, network of sites for comping properties
6) Any additional real estate information is a huge bonus!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday. Expect a window within the following (9am EST to 5pm EST).
Pay:
Base Salary between $7/hr-$12/hr (depending on experience)
Commission: $350 per closed on contract. The company’s goal at this moment is to close atleast
2-4 contracts per month.
