Acquisition Manager (Wholesale Real Estate)

Our company is looking for an experienced & savvy Acquisition Manager to join our growing real estate investing business long term. Your role will be pivotal in our growth strategy, requiring not only honesty and hard work but also a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in property acquisition.

This is a REMOTE position. Please have all the required materials to be successful working from home including stable internet connection.

**Key Responsibilities:
1. **Comprehensive Market Research: ** Dive into market trends, identifying potential acquisition opportunities, and understanding the competitive landscape.
2. **Financial Proficiency: ** Evaluate the financial aspects of potential deals, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and contribute to profitability.
3. **Detailed Due Diligence: ** Lead the due diligence process, examining legal, financial, and market-related details to make informed decisions.
4. **Property Comps Analysis: ** Demonstrate expertise in property comparables (comps) to accurately assess market values and negotiate favorable terms.
5. **Cross-functional Collaboration: ** Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated acquisition process.
6. **Strategic Negotiation: ** Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships with sellers.
7. **Risk Management: ** Identify and assess potential risks associated with acquisitions, developing proactive strategies to mitigate them.
8. **Stakeholder Relationship Building: ** Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, fostering a network for future opportunities.
9. ** Cold Calling** You will be asked to prospect in different states in the USA. You must sound convincing, knowledgeable, friendly and understandable.

**Qualifications: ** – Proven track record as an Acquisition Manager. – Strong proficiency in property comparables analysis. – Additional skills in effective communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. We also desire a candidate that has a strong understanding of the American way of life.
