Position Overview:
The Acquisition Outreach Associate is responsible for identifying properties suitable for acquisition by Trinity Investment Group. Using established SOPs, the associate will initiate contact with real estate brokers, agents, property owners, banks, and other relevant entities through SMS, email, and other communication tools. This role involves using our CRM, filtering potential properties from newsletters and emails, and improving our acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach via SMS and email using our CRM.
Filter and assess property leads received from various sources.
Continuously improve and optimize outreach and acquisition processes.
Maintain regular communication with team members and prospects.
Qualifications:
Strong computer proficiency.
Stable and fast internet connection.
Excellent written and speaking English communication skills.
Ability to think critically and suggest improvements to processes.
Dedication to long-term growth with the company.
Experience:
No prior experience required.
Soft Skills:
Proactive and fast action-taker.
High willingness to learn and high willingness to change.
Ability to follow instructions and think creatively.

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week).
Must be available during Central USA Time.
Compensation:
Starting salary: $500 USD/month (28,000 PHP) with expectation for growth based on positive performance.
Communication:
Primary mode of communication between the Trinity Investment Group team is through Slack.
Expectation of quick response during working hours unless on a call.
Training:
Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided.

Must possess a high-speed computer.
Reliable internet connection.
Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
