We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and cultivate leads in our pipeline, maintain strong client relationships, and present compelling offers to prospective clients. This is a 100% commission-based position with the potential for performance-based bonuses. If you are a driven sales professional with a background in telephone sales, and you have the determination to meet and exceed daily KPIs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle a steady stream of leads, following up with potential clients and maintaining a proactive and responsive approach to lead management.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor offers accordingly.
Offer Presentation: Create and present offers that align with the client’s goals, providing persuasive and well-structured proposals.
Daily KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call quotas, lead conversion rates, and offer presentations.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with leads, clients, and the internal team to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the real estate market and industry trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
Requirements:
Proven track record in telephone sales or a similar role, with a strong background in sales and lead management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed daily KPIs.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role with the potential for performance-based bonuses. Your income will be directly tied to your sales performance, and the more you excel, the higher your earnings potential.
