We buy and sell raw land in the U.S. We focus on helping people that own land that would like to sell it as soon as possible because they’re tired of paying yearly property taxes, have no use of it or just simply need the ’ve done over 80+ transactions in two years and would like to add many more to that number. We work across the entire U.S. as we are constantly looking for up and coming markets.

About the role:
We are looking for someone that has experience in U.S. real estate, knows how to run comps on properties and has good English to talk to potential U.S. based sellers.
All the necessary software and CRM will be provided by us. We will train you as well to get you going.
Responsibilities:
Go through and comp each generated hot lead daily
Contact the seller by phone or text and establish rapport with them
Work with seller until price is agreed and contract is signed
Tools we use: DataTree, Zillow, Launch Control, OpenPhone, Trello, Excel
About you:
You have/are:
Experience in the U.S. real estate market. If you have worked with land specifically, that’s a plus+
Very high level of English, both speaking and writing
Highly analytical thinker who thrives digging into data and coming up with workable ideas
A team player that is also comfortable working independently
Are able to work during Eastern U.S. working hours
