We are looking to add a full-time Acquisitions Manager to join our team over at .
Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.
For generating sellers leads we currently do the following:
1) Direct Mail
2) Cold texting
We are currently looking to generate 20-50 new seller leads form direct mail per month.
The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for talking to leads, vetting deals, running comps, making offers, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
– Review and run comparable properties.
– Reviewing the property details such as topography, floodplains, legal access, utilities, etc.
– Need to be excellent on the phone. Speak English fluently, being able to carry a conversation and build repour.
– Detailed note taking inside of our CRM (Pebble) on conversations with leads.
– Setting follow up tasks in our CRM.

5) Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you’d like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)

* Must have good internet.
Pay:
Base Salary between $8/hr-$12/hr (depending on experience)
Commission: Commissions are paid out quarterly based on company results. Commission is 2% on the gross profit of all deals closed. For example: $20,000 gross profit = a $400 bonus.
Hours: Start at 20+- a week, then working your way up to 40.
