Job Summary:
The Real Estate Wholesale Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring real estate properties for wholesale transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities through various lead generation methods.
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and sellers to discuss selling their properties.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Negotiation: Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Closing: Close deals over the phone by presenting compelling offers and handling objections effectively.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand property values and identify profitable investment opportunities.
Documentation: Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation for transactions.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, leads, and communications in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone.
Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Technology: Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and other relevant software.
Availability: Flexible hours with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
