We are a rapidly expanding land investing company seeking a dedicated Acquisitions Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a candidate who is both goal oriented yet approaches relationships with a nurturing mindset to build strong seller-client relationships.
This role is instrumental in driving our land acquisition processes and enhancing our property sales velocity. Gentle but thorough follow-ups will be key to success in a growth company with great base & bonus compensation.
We focus heavily on making all our teammates successful and will invest in training, resources, process guides and clear outcomes to drive the success of all our team. The role will be part-time for the first few weeks and quickly scale up to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Seller Engagement:
a. Actively communicate with property sellers, guiding them through the selling process and facilitating land acquisition.
b. Leads will come from multiple sources of channels and timely follow- up is key to closing acquisition deals.
c. VA role to ensure lead intake is done in a timely fashion and next steps are followed through rapidly. Be the data/process/technology “glue” to make sure all the pieces connect.
2. Data Analysis and Market Research:
a. Own and drive the market-comp (comparables) process to come up with counter-offers to quickly negotiate and gain seller agreement. This is usually done within 2 business hours of leads coming in.
b. Assist in analyzing market trends and selecting properties for targeted marketing efforts. Excel & data analysis skills are critical.
c. Support data cleansing and market selection in beginning stages to learn business model.
3. Transaction Coordination: Manage the transaction process from lead generation to acquisition, through the title process and closing.
4. Real Estate Broker Collaboration: Work closely with real estate brokers to list properties and expedite sales.
Required Skills and Attributes:

• Previous sales or American client facing experience of at least 5 years is required.
• Real Estate (most preferable land investing) experience is a big plus.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (8am PST to 4pm PST).
Pay:
Hourly wage ranges from $3 – $8 per hour (depending on experience) with a strong performance bonus for each completed transaction after a 90-day probationary period. Four transaction bonuses can easily double monthly wages in any given period.
