Position Overview:
As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our real estate operations. You will oversee day-to-day interactions with our transactions coordinator, admin team, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will include scheduling showings, home inspections, photography sessions, and client consultations. Additionally, you’ll handle and manage appointment calendars and efficiently respond to incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Maintain excellent client relations by promptly scheduling and coordinating property showings, inspections, and consultations. Ensure clients receive exceptional service at all times.
Transaction Management: Work closely with our transactions coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of paperwork, from initial offer to closing.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage appointment calendars for our real estate team, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
Call Handling: Answer and respond to incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and forwarding relevant calls as needed.
Coordinate Services: Arrange photography sessions, home inspections, and other services as required for property listings.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our admin team and other real estate professionals to facilitate successful property transactions.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in using real estate software and technology.
– A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While it is a full-time role, we understand the importance of a manageable workload, ensuring that you can excel in your responsibilities without undue stress.
