Because we’re growing fast, we’re looking to hire for the Acquisitions Specialist Position.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for finding on-market properties that meet a specific set of criteria with the end goal of making offers. Part of this role will include researching realtor/agent information to find contact information, among other things, when not available in the software. Additionally the Acquisitions Specialist will utilize the tool, Mail Meteor, to automate email offers with preset templates. Additionally, responding to contacts made in a prompt and professional manner is crucial. This position will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential sellers and agents, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of service throughout the process. The Acquisitions Specialist will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Operations Coordinator and Executive Department, along with other acquisitions team members.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
– Conduct research and identify on-market properties that meet specific criteria
– Utilize various sources to gather realtor/agent information for properties.
– Find and collect contact information of realtors/agents when it is not readily available in the software or databases.
– Collaborate closely with the Operations Coordinator and Executive Department to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
– Respond promptly and professionally to contacts made by potential sellers and agents, providing excellent customer service throughout the acquisition process.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation of property research, contacts, offers, and communications for reference and reporting purposes.
– Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting acquisition activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
– Some experience in the field of Real Estate preferred
– Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with current technologies — desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
– Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
– Proactive attitude
– Hardworking and honest
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULE
US work hours (PST)
Part Time (20 hours per week)

LOCATION:
This is a remote job

SALARY:
Basic Salary + Skilled-based bonuses, dependent on Experience and Skills
