Looking for an Acquisitions Manager – with experience getting contracts signed.
We are looking to add a full-time or part-time acquisition manager to our team.
Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We get leads through Direct Mail. In this role, you’d be speaking to new seller leads, taking inbound calls, following up with old leads, and negotiating our purchases. No cold calling – all leads inbound from direct mail.
We are looking for someone who has real sales ability. Please do not apply if this is not you!
On average, you’ll be making 25 calls per day, with an average daily talk time of 60-120 minutes per day. Outside of calling, you’ll also be expected to follow up with seller leads through text and email.
Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding regarding vacant land in the United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be EXTREMELY motivated to learn. We require that you—over time—learn how to run comparable sales analysis on vacant land to figure out how to price our offers. If you already know how to comp land, great.
Soft Skills needed:
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
Detail-Orientated (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
Kind and empathetic.
Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you’d like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (10am EST to 6pm EST).
Pay:
Base Salary between $7/hr to $15/hr US (depending on experience). Plus $50 for every signed contract!
