Job Description

Need a VA to make multiple personal phone calls for me during regular Pacific Standard Time business hours as I am in Canada.

I am NOT a business.

I am a regular person in North America in PST needing a personal assistant.

We will start with making multiple credit card disputes over the phone with different banks and finding their dispute phone line.

Please be available anytime during 5am to 10am Monday through Friday for phone calls to make sure you wait shorter times for phone calls with these bank phone lines.

Each phone call with each bank should only take up to 1 hour maximum with the agent on the phone.

Make sure you have experience with
– talking on the phone in very good to expert advanced English as you will be asked questions and need to explain why you are disputing each transaction on BEHALF of the customer (you are the customer)
– using VOIP dialer app like Dialpad
– using Google Drive folder to access resources and information
– handling sensitive information
– holding professional, polite and focused conversation with professionals

I will provide you with the following on my own expense:
– VOIP dialer app that will record your calls so you MUST have high speed internet
– Google Drive folder to access all transaction details and bank phone numbers
– Google Drive folder to access all personal information to get verified (e.g. personal information, bank statements, etc.)
– Google Drive folder to access other miscellanous information to ensure the phone call goes well
– Call Voice Recording Samples to listen to

Make the first sentence in your message to me to say:
“I have read and understand the instructions for this job posting as a VA acting on behalf of the customer and I am NOT working for the bank/merchant.”

Thank you!
