Marketing Manager (Full-Time) for Innovative, Purpose-Driven Creative Brands
About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a talented, autonomous, and energetic Meta and Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic and vibrant team at Let’s Fearlessly Grow. You will take responsibility for the conception, management, and scaling of Meta and Google ad accounts and campaigns for our purpose-driven clients in a wide range of creative industries such as e-commerce, fashion, art, and editorial. Here, you get to harness the power of your expertise to elevate our client’s impact without the restriction of micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, manage and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns for our clients.
Setup and maintain ad accounts, including Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics integration.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategies to amplify ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance.
Be confident in setting up ad accounts from scratch
Can help with creative strategy of campaigns
Confident in creating strong and captivating copy for ads
Qualifications & Skills:
A passion for nurturing and growing purpose-driven brands.
Good sense of humor and ability to work in a high-energy environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Relevant certifications from Google and Meta courses.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads creation and account management.
Robust analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and think creatively and proactively.
Strong Communicator. Able to communicate effectively with the team, being present during work times and keep all parties updated on projects with prompt responses.
Passionate for LFG. You can research new innovative ways to improve processes, find smart solutions and go beyond the now.
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on finding creative solutions for effective marketing campaigns.
Open to learning, adaptable to change, and constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development in marketing.
