Position Overview:
The Ad Buyer for TikTok and Meta Platforms will be responsible for managing the media buying activities for our brand across these two pivotal platforms. With a strong focus on e-commerce integration, the candidate will also be adept at setting up, integrating, and promoting the TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly TikTok and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning and Buying:
Define, manage, and execute media plans for TikTok and Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and KPIs.
TikTok Shop Integration:
Lead the setup and integration of TikTok Shop for the brand.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and product teams to ensure seamless shopping experiences for users.
Run and optimize TikTok Shop ads to drive sales and improve conversion rates.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the launch, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns, including those for TikTok Shop.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives cater to the specific platform and audience.
Continuously A/B test ads for optimum performance.
Budget Management:
Oversee and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
Monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns stay on budget, making adjustments as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze and report on campaign performance data, with a particular focus on e-commerce conversions from TikTok Shop.
Provide actionable insights for campaign refinement.
Trends and Insights:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, ad products, and best practices on TikTok and Meta platforms.
Engage in continuous learning through webinars, workshops, and industry events.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with various departments, such as content, analytics, and product teams, for integrated campaigns.
Foster effective communication with external partners and vendors.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital media buying, focusing on TikTok and Meta platforms.
Proficiency in TikTok Shop setup, integration, and promotion.
Familiarity with ad management tools and analytics platforms specific to TikTok and Meta.
Strong analytical mindset with a penchant for data-driven decisions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills.
Enthusiasm about the evolving digital advertising sphere and an adaptability to its changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other digital ad platforms, e.g., Google Ads or Twitter Ads.
Certification in TikTok or Meta’s ad platforms.
Familiarity with third-party ad tech tools and platforms.
