Job Description

Hi I’m Spencer Pawliw! The founder of a growth-focused, full-service, eCommerce agency in Vancouver, Canada.

I am currently hiring a full-time Ads Graphic Designer who can join our team to help us keep up with the demand for designing high-converting and scroll-stopping Facebook & Instagram graphic ads.

With over 19 different clients that range in size from multi 6, 7, and even 8 figures in annual sales… We do a lot of Ads! But unfortunately, our main graphic designer is at max capacity and if we are going to continue to bring on great clients and deliver a great service, we need another great team member to help us out.

And… That’s exactly where you come in!

I’m looking for someone to join our team to work closely with our strategists, copywriters, & creative directors to execute high-converting designs and leverage all of the incredible assets our agency offers such as:

1. Access to our Figma files with over 100+ high-converting templates

2. Access to our suite of AI design tools & studio content

3. Access to a full Ads course and mentors to help you improve your overall knowledge of ads

Your Role At The Agency?

As a Visual Editor, you are responsible for the actual execution & applying the finishing touches on all the ads we create. Our success as a marketing team will rely on your ability to comprehend each ad concept, strategically put the pieces together, and enhance the overall marketing message with your edits.

You understand that the smallest details can make the biggest differences. So, you take pride in paying immense attention to detail in everything you do as those details can be the difference between an ad that is shown to millions & an ad that is shown to very few.

– Edit 10-15 ad briefs per week
– Upload & organize edited ads into specific client folders with the correct resolutions
– Communicate with copywriters & creative directors to ensure ad concepts are executed correctly
– Listen & apply feedback from the creative team & clients for existing and new ads
– Learn the Easy A Media | Meta Ads Strategy to understand what makes “Winning” & “Losing” ad concepts
– Complete weekly 30-minute ad analysis & review on concepts you have created
– Be a SPONGE & be ready to learn and utilize the training we have from some of the top designers in the industry to improve your skillset.
