Position: Advertising Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to maximize client objectives, such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
Create, launch, and manage comprehensive ad campaigns, including text, display, video, and retargeting ads, across the specified platforms.
Perform thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise ad targeting.
Craft compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the intended audience.
Monitor and optimize ad performance in real-time, adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad elements, ad formats, and messaging for ongoing campaign optimization.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality visuals and consistent messaging across all advertising materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising formats to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Analyze ad campaign data, prepare regular reports, and present key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and aligning strategies with their goals.
Qualifications:
Part-time or Full-time position
Preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
In-depth understanding of ad platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively presenting strategies and results to clients.
Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic advertising landscape.
