JOB OVERIVEW

As an Advertising Manager/Specialist at SO Social, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Recommend and implement innovative advertising approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Campaign Execution:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create compelling ad content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Social Media, and Sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to achieve campaign objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of advertising campaigns.
Extract insights from data to make informed decisions and recommendations for future campaigns.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in advertising or a related role, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.

Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

Solid understanding of current advertising trends and technologies.
