We are seeking a talented and experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. 100% remote and we are focused on quality of life but also are a results-driven organization. This is a full-time position, and we expect the successful candidate to dedicate their full professional effort to this role. Concurrent employment with other companies is not permitted.

Job Summary:
The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of advertising operations across our digital platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital ad technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Ad Operations Manager will ensure the successful delivery, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns to maximize revenue and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of all digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, video, and social media.
– Collaborate with sales, and content teams to execute effective ad strategies.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, performance, and discrepancies.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, header bidding, and emerging ad technologies.
– Develop and document processes to improve the efficiency and scalability of ad operations.

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations or a related role.
– Proficiency with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, etc.) and other ad tech tools.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in execution.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Familiarity with privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IAB guidelines).
