Job Description

As an Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising campaigns across various platforms to effectively reach target audiences and achieve client objectives. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including but not limited to social media, display advertising, search engine marketing, and print media.
-Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts, messaging, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
-Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.

Requirements:
-At least 1year experience in Advertising
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
-Proven experience in advertising, digital marketing, or related roles.
-Strong understanding of advertising principles, platforms, and technologies.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
-Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
-Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
-Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
-Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
