Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

– Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated advertising campaigns.
– Track and report on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Advertising Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a strong focus on digital advertising.
– In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
– Familiarity with advertising analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance and derive insights.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize advertising campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign results effectively.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative advertising ideas and concepts.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
– Proficient in using marketing and project management tools, such as campaign management platforms and collaboration software.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
– Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and learn new advertising platforms and techniques.
