Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and driven Part-Time Tier 3 Ad Specialist/Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role will involve creating and managing ads on various platforms, developing landing pages, automating processes, and overseeing our social media presence. If you have a passion for social media, email marketing, and lead generation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
1. Ad Creation:
* Create and manage ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Landing Pages & Automations:
* Develop engaging and effective landing pages.
* Implement and manage marketing automations to streamline processes.
3. Social Media Management:
* Content Creation and Scheduling:
* Use Canva to develop and curate engaging content primarily for LinkedIn, but also for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and industry-specific forums.
* Schedule regular posts using social media management tools. (Consider using Sprout Social as our posting frequency increases.)
* Engagement and Interaction:
* Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages.
* Engage with followers by responding promptly and participating in industry discussions.
4. Email Marketing:
* Campaign Development:
* Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
* Leverage existing personas and messaging angles in content.
* Segment email lists to target specific audiences based on demographics, behavior, and lead status.
* Content Creation:
* Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates.
5. Marketing Campaign Reporting:
* Performance Tracking and Reporting:
* Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
* Use Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM analytics to prepare regular reports for the marketing and sales teams to review campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Lead Sourcing and Management:
* Lead Generation:
* Conduct research to identify and source potential leads through ZoomInfo, online research, industry events, and social media platforms.
* Use Zoho CRM to import and manage lead data.
* Share leads with sales representatives for follow-up.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media marketing and ad creation.
* Proficiency in using Canva for content creation.
* Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social or similar).
* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience with Zoho Campaigns.
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM for lead management and analytics.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with landing page development and marketing automations.
* Prior experience in lead generation and management.
* Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
