CASK Construction is a dynamic and rapidly growing Construction company committed to helping our local community build high quality accessary dwelling units. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team and provide invaluable support to our Founder and Executive Team.
Job Summary: As a Personal Assistant at CASK Construction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive team’s daily activities. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, task documentation, data entry, and providing exceptional support to the executive team to maximize their productivity.

1. Task Management and Documentation:
• Efficiently manage the executive team’s calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Document tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Create detailed task lists, checklists, and follow-up on task completion.
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
2. Data Entry and Analysis:
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in generating reports and presentations for the executive team.
3. Communication and Coordination:
• Act as a primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and
discretion.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as needed.
4. Research and Information Gathering:
• Conduct research on various topics, compile findings, and present concise summaries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and relevant news.
5. Administrative Support:
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and procurement.
• Prepare and proofread documents, letters, and reports as requested.
6. Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in task documentation and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
