With our continued growth we are seeking a client focused, results driven, problem solving administrator
who can assist the B2B Partnerships team. You will join us with the enthusiasm and drive to support the
day to day business of the Partnerships Team as well as collaborating with internal operation teams to
ensure our partners and their travelers are satisfied.
Working closely with the Partnerships team your areas of responsibility include:
? Providing project support
? Assisting with marketing research
? Assisting with lead generation and building the sales pipeline for team in Salesforce CRM
? Customer Service (Answering and directing calls)
? Account Managing small tiered partner relationships
? Setting daily schedules for monitoring Helpscout
? Administrative Work (emails, scheduling, booking travel)
? Assist in Creating Content (researching and creating blogs or business-related content for EDM’s)
? Coordinate New Agency Logins, credit checks and communication for onboarding new Partners
? To be successful in this position, you will need:
? Previous experience in a Customer Success or administrative roles
? Client focused approach
? The ability to work remotely, autonomously and manage your time effectively and efficiently
? Be able to work within Partner hours in UK/US and Australia
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Technology experience (particularly working with API’s) within the travel or transport industry
would be highly desirable
? Computer literacy and experience with CRM programs such as Salesforce
? Problem solving skills – you will encounter numerous challenges in the role that will require quick
thinking
