Hi! Job recruitment posting from a Canada-based Rehab Clinic brand.
Our company is an industry-leading Rehab & Wellness clinic serving Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
We are currently looking for a Superstar HR & Administrative assistant who can help us with the following tasks:

Administrative tasks
1. Email management
– Respond to emails and categorize the emails into different folders
– Manage several different emails for different purposes
2. Assist with various administrative tasks, particularly for insurance companies.

Payroll and Accounting tasks
1. Handle all of our bookkeeping tasks for all of our operating corps
2. Prepare payroll per each staff (hour calculation + performance based) apply other details and create a template using excel
3. Perform other accounting tasks that we need from time to time.

(The tasks and hours per week may be altered in near future,
depend on your skills and preferences, and changes in the company’s needs.)

We are looking at about 40 hrs/week of dedication for now,
and willing to provide good monthly compensation with a 13th-month payment
after 12+ months of employment in good standing.
We already have 7 VAs working with us, and all of them stayed with us for years already!
We are a growing team so you can grow within our team.

Most of our tasks are web-based and back-office work
so you can work from home.
We also have a VA manager who will oversee your work and provide you
adequate training.

The right candidate should be
– Great writer (in English) in both a creative/professional way
– Background in Healthcare is a plus
– Accounting and payroll skills are mandatory
– neat and organized
– detail-oriented
– Problem solver
– good communicator
– proficiency in word/excel/Gmail etc
– fast learner
