Work hours: Part-time 20 hours/week with the potential need for 30-40 hours/week in the future
Timezone: Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Initial work schedule: Anywhere between 8am to 5pm MST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $4 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrative and Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our re-branded product distribution company based in Peoria, Arizona. As an Admin and Customer Support VA, you will be an integral part of our small business, providing crucial support in various administrative and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and courteous responses through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, interactions, and order details.
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Set up and manage toll-free phone services, exploring options such as VOIP or customer service systems.
Collaborate with team members to implement chatbots on the company website to enhance customer engagement.
Provide inbound customer service support, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist in small business needs such as organizing schedules, managing appointments, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel for document preparation and basic data manipulation.
Experience in setting up and managing CRM systems for customer data organization.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with an emphasis on clear and concise communication.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles or similar positions.
Familiarity with VOIP or other customer service phone systems (nice to have).
Experience working with chatbots on websites to enhance customer engagement (nice to have).
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain customer records and orders.
Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, while maintaining effective communication with the executive.
