Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Admin and Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our administrative and marketing departments, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
-Coordinate marketing efforts including social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
-Provide support in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
-Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
-Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to marketing activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a marketing or related industry.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Ability to work during 9AM-5PM CST
