As we expand our online presence and streamline our administrative processes, we are looking for a dedicated Admin and Marketing/Social Media Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create, schedule, and manage daily social media posts across various platforms.
– Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
– Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
– Build and maintain contact lists and databases for marketing and outreach purposes.
– Assist in managing tasks within Xero accounting software, including data entry and basic bookkeeping.
– Support the managing director with day-to-day operations and project management.

Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in a social media, administration, or marketing coordinator/assistant role.
– High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, as well as basic knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.
– Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
