20 hours per week (it is possible to get a full-time job with 40 hours per week).

The Details
Remote, work from home.
20 hours per week (it is possible to get a full-time job with 40 hours per week)
Wage Salary: $5.00/hr.
11:00 am – 15:00 pm Norwegian time. Opportunity to increase hours wage if capacity increases from work.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Customer support
-Responding to student´s inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email and Messenger
-Communicate clearly and emphatically, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. Provide relevant information to enhance their overall experience.
-Specialise in managing escalated customer issues and finding solutions promptly.
Responsible for collecting and updating client testimonials across our products

General Admin
-Data entry: such as inputting information into databases – Monday
-Research: Conduct research as needed to support projects, including gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing summaries or reports
-Document preparation: creating and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals
-Project Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team
-Regular Website Updates

3. Social Media :
Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms -Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Publishing content on social media.
Create graphics, marketing material, workbooks, PDFs.
Lead in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

Collaborate with the team to create a social media calendar.
Assist in developing and managing social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Social media groups: create, edit, and update weekly scheduled posts
Some graphics to our weekly posts in FB groups.
Admin for our Facebook page
Admin of Facebook groups: Adding clients and potential clients to groups – updating Monday sheets
Support in social media marketing (webinar and direct messaging on social media.

This position is for the person who:

Skills, Experience & Requirements
-At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
-High-Speed Internet, ideally Fibre Connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed
-Excellent communication skills
-High Attention to detail
-English written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
-Experience working from home, remotely, and 100% online.
-Excellent time management skills
-Familiarity with the art painting is a plus.
