We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Supplier Management Assistant for our growing eCommerce business. While experience is a plus, we prioritize strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of responsibility and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
About Us:
We are a dynamic eCommerce company, operating on Amazon and Shopify for over two years. Our product range includes home décor, toys, games, and kitchen items. As a rapidly expanding remote business, we value independence and adaptability in our team.
Responsibilities:
-Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality.
-Foster strong relationships with suppliers for long-term cooperation.
-Maintain precise records of orders, payments, and samples.
-Liaise with logistics and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries.
-Coordinate with factories for quality control and accurate order fulfillment.
-Monitor production capabilities and lead times to minimize risks.
-Manage Amazon FBA shipping plans and inventory tracking.
-Perform various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Desired Results:
-Consistent high-quality product manufacturing and timely order fulfillment.
-Effective management of inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess.
-Maintenance of beneficial relationships with all partners.
-Meticulous record-keeping and clear tracking of inventory movements.

-Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. For example, you can empathize, understand and adaptively communicate clearly for the intended audience (suppliers, team members, supervisor etc).
-Proficiency in English and tools like Slack, Excel, and Google Office.
Optional but a Plus:
Experience with inventory management or Amazon FBA label creation.
Hours:
-Initially part-time, with potential to transition to full-time.
-Daytime availability in the Philippines time zone.
