**About YARAN
Yaran Property Group is an Australian property development company that specializes in affordable housing in Perth, Western Australia. The company was established in 1996 and has developed over 1100 dwellings across 60 different developments. The company currently owns 180 residential rental properties in Perth, and a pipeline of a further 500 dwellings to commence construction in the next 12 months.

**EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY
• Immediate start
• Permanent Work-from-Home
• Ongoing, Full-time position
• Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• Time Zone: Same time zone as Manila, PH
• Salary: from AUD $230 per week (depending on qualifications and experience)

**THE ROLE
The company is looking to employ an Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and assist our Business Manager in the company operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Research and organize data
• Manage calendars through coordinating and scheduling meetings
• Accurately records minutes of the meeting
• Process invoices and reimbursements for payment
• Human Resource Management
o Support all HR-related inquiries or requests;
o Oversee the HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll)
o Process leave requests from staff;
o and maintain employee files and records
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS
• With at least two (2) years experience as an Admin Assistant or a similar role
• Holds a bachelor’s degree
• Has excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn
• Highly proficient in office software (i.e. MS Office suite)
• With strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• With exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Capable of working independently as well as being a collaborative team player.
• Experience in the property development industry would be highly regarded
